Our primary focus is working with businesses based in the UK and continental Europe. In raising capital and in selling businesses we have the reach in to international markets either through own network or through a range of partnerships established in the main international markets including the United States, India and China. We operate across a range of industries with particular expertise in consumer and retail, healthcare, real estate and energy (with particular expertise in alternative energy).

Private Placements

Often clients looking to raise capital do not want to sell out control to private equity managers,  nor are they necessarily ready to list on public markets where the demands for liquidity, and hence size, may not be met. We can offer alternatives to these options by placing minority equity stakes to the institutional market. We also manage and structure debt private placements in appropriate circumstances, or we can act for clients looking to sell positions in public companies which we can handle on a discreet and confidential basis.
